Three things are needed: a valid session, an allow-listed address, and a current code from your authenticator app. The list and the codes live on the server — this page cannot decide anything on its own.

The code goes to the phone or address already in our data — never to one the caller gives you. That is the whole point: anyone can recite a published phone number, but only the restaurant answers it.
Refused unless this claimant has passed an ownership check for this restaurant.
Frees it for re-claiming. The claim is kept as history, not deleted.
Updates the sign-in account and every claim record that carries a copy of it.
You will be acting as them, with their access to their restaurant. They are not notified. It is recorded against your name, permanently, with the reason you type below. Use it when you cannot reproduce a problem any other way — and close the window when you are done.
